Frank Iapozzuto is a working Director of both PROVE Standards and Engineering and PROVE Infrastructure. Frank holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Class 2A Honours and has recently been recognised as a Chartered engineer by Engineers Australia. Frank is passionate with all things mechanical and electrical with a strong focus on hydraulic testing, components, and systems.
Outside of business hours, Frank enjoys hosting dinners with family and friends, trying new eateries in and around Melbourne and is incredibly passionate about classic and vintage cars.
Terry is a director of PROVE with over 15 years of experience in laboratory product testing of plumbing and water products for WaterMark Certification, WELS registration and WSAA approvals. Terry also has previous experience working at Yarra Valley Water with process review and oversees the quality management systems at PROVE’s NATA accredited laboratory.
Terry relaxes by driving cars, boats and golf balls around Melbourne.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Honours from Deakin University and an Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology, specializing in mechanical units, from Swinburne University of Technology.
Paul has previous practical experience as a qualified automotive technician and brings a wealth of previous work experience from the commercial plumbing and roofing industry.
Paul’s outside interest in computers/I.T, 3D printing and machining, come in very handy, making him our go-to for any & all of our in-house tech questions.
David holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from RMIT University. Prior to joining the team David has previous experience as a HVAC Design and compliance engineer in mechanical services.
Outside of our labs David has a great interest in a various array of sports, including motorcycles and snowboarding.
Caiden holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with Honours from RMIT University. Prior to joining the team, Caiden worked in the research development and mechanical testing of window and door systems. This provided valuable skills that are used daily in his current testing role.
In his spare time Caiden enjoys hobbies such as photography & drawing for his creative fix, and getting out to explore nature with friends.
Marcos hails from Barcelona and opted to test his fortunes in Australia. He possess a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Numerical Methods in Engineering. Previously, he worked as an Aftersales Coordinator for Heating Products in the swimming pool industry.
Marcos harbors a profound passion for engaging in physical activities, particularly windsurfing, sailing and any sport that involves a racket.
Khoa comes to PROVE with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Adelaide. Before joining PROVE he worked in consultancy, field service and in research and development in a number of different areas.
Outside of work, Khoa enjoys playing sports, watching movies and travelling.
Nick holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Melbourne, specializing in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business. Prior to this, Nick earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Adelaide, majoring in Physics. With professional experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the industrial valve manufacturing sector, Nick brings expertise in mechanical compliance to their role.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys immersing himself in live music at gigs, surfing along the Surf Coast, and exploring the outdoors hiking and camping.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from Victoria University where he also worked as a laboratory technician. Luke brings his experience from previous roles as a design engineer providing solutions for the telecommunications industries. Luke also has a background as a qualified roofer.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys the thrill of mountain biking, as well as unwinding by watching a good film and playing video games.
Anthony holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Science (Applied Physics) from RMIT University and more than 15 years of experience working in a calibration laboratory, maintaining and testing a range of state of the art equipment, and extensive knowledge in the estimation of uncertainty measurement analysis.
As our Senior Scientist Anthony has strong analytical & problem solving skills, and excels at getting the done job on time for our clients.
Away from the laboratory, Anthony enjoys watching live sport (AFL, cricket, soccer) and can be seen on Saturdays patrolling the boundary line as trainer for his local footy club.
New Zealand native Zoe holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science. Since joining the team, she has helped Senior Scientist Anthony manage the day-to-day tasks of calibrations, verifications, and in-service compliance testing.
Away from the PROVE Water Meter Testing Laboratory Zoe enjoys hitting a shuttlecock across the badminton net, and getting outside to spend some time in nature visiting gardens & beaches.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from RMIT University. Prior to joining the team Shawn has previous experience working on intelligent traffic systems such as speed and red-light cameras around Victoria. He now rounds out the Water Meter team providing his keen eye for detail with calibrations , verification and in service compliance.
Outside of the lab, Shawn enjoys travelling and has a great interest in sports such as basketball, motorsports and loves spending time with his puppy at the dog park.
Armandinha Pereira holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication where she graduated with high distinction and is currently pursuing her Masters at RMIT University. With a strong skill set and experience in electronics, electrical and IT field, Armandinha excels in ensuring efficient operations and quality management. She currently assists the Water meters testing team where her duties involve batch testing and in service compliance testing of water meters to ensure compliance with Australian Standards.
In her leisure time, she delights in crafting handmade cards, drawing and engaging in various crafts. She also enjoys cycling long distances to explore the beauty of nature and rejuvenate her mind.
Maher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (Honours) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at RMIT University. Prior to joining the team, he gained experience in the precise calibration, qualification, and validation of various products to meet industry standards. He also handled the installation and commissioning of equipment to optimize functionality, particularly with Rotronic Monitoring Systems and Particle measuring system. Additionally, Maher is well versed in ISO 17025 standards.
Currently, he is involved in testing, verification, and in service compliance.
In his free time, he enjoys exploring Victoria’s nature and has an interest in arts and calligraphy.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Systems from The University of Melbourne. He interned at a solar installation company before spending his graduate years as a project manager Mount Isa Mines in outback Queensland.
In his free time, Matt plays video games and enjoys rollerblading.
Baber holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) with Distinction and Honours from Swinburne University of Technology. With many volunteering roles under his belt, he excelled at his internship at Startek as an electrical engineer showcasing his experience in data analysis and other facets of engineering like programming and designing/building circuits. Baber has a keen interest in many areas of engineering from building computers to programming micro controllers.
Outside of engineering, he enjoys driving on the open road, seeking out deals based on research, and tinkering with computers.
Aden McAllister is a Dual Trade E+I Technician (Electrical & Instrumentation) with over a decade of experience in the water industry and over 25 years in the electrical industry.
Outside of work he is an avid traveller, with extensive global travel in all 7 continents, including Russia, Colombia, Tibet, Madagascar, Egypt, Mongolia, Costa Rica, Brazil and Antarctica. His hobbies include scuba diving, hiking, amateur mycology and enjoying single malts by the fire while camping in his Delica.
Office manager Libby is a passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic team member. With a wealth of experience in Administration, procurement, and project management, she is PROVE’s resident Engineer wrangler.
Since joining the PROVE team Libby has streamlined the administrative processes, creating more time for our directors to focus on the growth of PROVE and employee development.
On the weekends Libby enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters riding to and exploring the small country towns of Victoria.
Fiona brings to PROVE substantial experience in administration and Project Management. Before joining PROVE she worked for a well-respected international electrical and communication company as a project co-coordinator. Ensuring the PROVE electrical team have streamlined processes, procedures and administrative support, Fiona is their go too!
During her spare time Fiona enjoys camping and exploring the outdoors with her family.
As part of the PROVE administration team, Denise brings with her a diverse professional background and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing). Denise excels in managing administrative duties and providing exceptional support. As our general manager of first impressions, she will greet you at the door and be the familiar voice you hear when you phone us.
Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, as well as engaging in outdoor activities such as water sports, snow skiing, and horse riding.
