In our NATA accredited laboratory PROVE offers extensive testing capabilities in the Accreditation of plumbing products to Australian and International Standards.
We pride ourselves in offering knowledgeable and quality services to ensure that your product is correctly tested to Australian Standards, industry plumbing regulations &/or manufacturer’s specifications.
Our advanced innovative test equipment, matched with refined test procedures ensures that we will deliver quality, on-time testing with competitive industry rates.
All PROVE laboratory staff (including managers, technicians and consultants) holds a Bachelor of Engineering recognised by the Institution of Engineers Australia as a minimum to provide you with confidence that all works, and results are of the highest possible standard. Backed by years of experience PROVE is able to provide detailed reports with extensive feedback of results, to facilitate potential variations in the manufacturing and design for cost optimisation. The PROVE team understands what makes a great product and can offer prototype testing of products and the ability to extend support with technical consultancy.
At PROVE, we understand that sustainability is paramount, and therefore we choose to lead by example. The laboratory utilises advanced, intelligent systems to maximise efficiency and reuse of both water and energy resources. A single tap test can consume 10,000 litres of water, and enough energy to power a 50” plasma television for over a month. At PROVE, we are able to perform the same test using as little as 10 litres and only a fraction of the power consumption.
